In addition to Google Trends (google.com/trends) described earlier in this blog, here is also Google Insights : http://www.google.com/insights/search/. While the first one helped you COMPARE different trends and keywords, the new tool will help you gain better insights about the trend in any specific period of TIME or in any given REGION.
