Earlier on this blog I have posted about “Random Acts of Kindness” as a new trend and sound marketing strategy to create “WOW!”. Here are two recent examples:
Danish chocolate company Anthon Berg opened so-called “The Generous Store” by inviting the customers to purchase by promising to do a good deed for someone they love!
The British flower delivery service Interflora launched a campaign that monitored Twitter for customers who expressed that they were having a terrible day. … The company tweeted a cheer-up message to them, but also sent them a surprise bouquet.
